ACIIS Academy Event Platform

ACIIS – Academy for Creative, Innovative & Inclusive Schools is an international network of innovative schools and educational centers focused on fostering creative, inclusive, and digitally supported learning.

Due to growing demand for centralized, efficient, and comprehensive management of events and educational content, ACIIS faced the challenge of transforming its event management process.

Before the platform, organizers and participants dealt with fragmented tools—separate landing pages, email-based registrations, manual payments, and certificate issuance.

The main issues included lack of visibility and coherence in event management (conferences, workshops, seminars, etc.), extensive manual work for registration, payments, and issuing certificates, and no integrated system for managing content submission and testing.

We implemented a digital online education (LMS) platform—ACIIS Academy—for the client. Key functionalities include:

• Event management: registrations, structured landing pages, speaker profiles, programs, and sponsor listings
• Event types: both free and paid events with integrated payment systems
• Content submission: participants and speakers can directly submit papers, presentations, and materials
• Certificate automation: attendance certificates are automatically issued upon event completion
• Online education: materials are available on-platform, with a testing module and automatic certificate issuance for successful completion

Technically, the platform is built on a modular architecture that allows easy upgrades, integration with third-party tools, and flexible customization to suit the client’s needs.

Since the launch of ACIIS Academy, organizers’ workloads have significantly decreased—manual event management, payments, and certificate issuance have been replaced by a smooth, automated process that has freed up time and energy for strategic growth. ACIIS Academy has become a core tool for all types of online and hybrid education.
