As part of the parent group, which spans over 60 markets globally and distributes to 160 countries, the company focuses on delivering prestigious brands such as Absolut, Jameson, Chivas Regal, Beefeater, Mumm, and many others efficiently.

Challenge

Since e‑commerce is a strategic priority for Pernod Ricard Croatia, we developed a dedicated B2B e‑commerce platform for business clients.

Before the digital platform, business customers faced fragmented processes—ordering via phone and email, manually checking inventory and entering orders into systems. Due to rapid stock changes, complex price lists, and diverse needs of the B2B segment, the ordering process was time-consuming.
