The FoMI 2025 event stands at the intersection of digital and physical – with an online presence and on-site execution in perfect synergy. At Emporij, we took on both the communication and visual design across these two dimensions, allowing the entire identity of the event to come to life organically, cohesively, and professionally, with a unified tone and visual coherence.
FoMI 2025 is one of the key professional events for the industry of the future. With this type of B2B event, it is especially important that communication flows seamlessly – both in the digital space and at the physical venue. The main challenge was to ensure a consistent user experience across all touchpoints: from the initial invitation and registration, to the lectures, materials, and the visual identity of the venue.
For the FoMI 2025 project, we delivered a comprehensive solution that seamlessly integrated content, design, and technology.
At the core was a custom-built landing page with an integrated registration system, developed in-house by Emporij. The system enabled efficient registration management, participant segmentation, and automated communication – from confirmation emails to exportable data sets for organizers.
We supported the event with a full range of digital and printed materials: from e-invitations and structured PowerPoint templates to on-site elements such as tickets, gift coupons, large-format graphics, and directional signage. The visual identity was cohesive and professional, aligned with the event’s content and the profiles of its attendees.
